Showing Off Our Sustainable Region

Grid Magazine: "Greenprint"

For the third year in a row, DVGBC partnered with GRID Magazine to produce Greenprint, a green building-focused insert that was published along with GRID's November issue right before Greenbuild in Philadelphia.  GRID is distributed throughout Greater Philadelphia, so don't miss out on seeing our "Super Heroes of Sustainability."  They're free, so if you'd like a copy, feel free to stop by our office (2401 Walnut St, Suite 103) any time between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

The next Greenprint edition will be in September of 2014, so look for advertising deadlines this summer.

Green Building & Design: "Philadelphia Green" & "What Can We Green by Greenbuild?"

DVGBC is pleased to have partnered with Green Building + Design, a national bi-monthy magazine, to produce Philadelphia Green, a 100+ page book that highlights green buildings and sustainable practices in the the Philadelphia area.

If you didn't make it on a Greenbuild tour and receive a copy, we encourage you to purchase one for $10 (plus shipping and handling). If you're interested in us sending you one or more copies of Philadelphia Green, email Alexandria Yarde, or, if you prefer, stop by our office (2401 Walnut St. Suite 103, Philadelphia, PA 19103) and save the money on shipping!

Using Greenbuild 2013 tour locations as the basis for the content, we've featured projects in a broad range of  sectors that demonstrate how green building practices are shaping our region, including: industrial, manufacturing, schools, residential, neighborhood planning, cultural institutions, outdoor spaces, stormwater management, and more.

Additionally, DVGBC partnered with Green Building & Design on the magazine's November/December issue cover story, "What Can We Green by Greenbuild?", an article dedicated to the 2013 Challenge Pledge program. Check out the article and then see the exhibit at the Independence Visitor Center at 6th and Market streets in Philadelphia, now through February 2014!
