Cost saving and environmentally responsible initiatives include: a white roof to reflect heat and reduce heating and cooling loads, low-flow water-saving fixtures in restrooms, landscaping with low/no irrigation plants, and low-VOC paints and carpets to improve the indoor air quality of its spaces and overall productivity of its occupants.
