Extensive renovations were made to the architecturally significant mid-century Hayes Residence in order to open up the floor plan, make better use of underutilized areas, update the finishes, and dramatically reduce energy consumption. The most significant changes were made to the kitchen/dining area, mudroom addition, master bedroom suite, and mechanical systems.
In 2008 Liberty registered 8451 Willard Drive in Liberty Business Center to be the first LEED certified warehouse building in the Lehigh Valley. This 920,400 SF, Class A, tilt-up concrete warehouse/distribution center earned LEED Silver certification for its high performance design elements.
To reflect their environmental and educational mission, The Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay hired Re:Vision Architecture to design a series of youthful green buildings that can also be used as teaching tools about environmental stewardship and green design. To kick-off the projects, RVA helped secure funding for a series of public design meetings ("charrettes") at each camp.
This project includes the historic restoration of an 1805 Meeting House and a new community gathering space designed to match the elegant simplicity and durability of the Meeting House.

Aerzen USA’s LEED Gold Headquarters creates a statement of possibility for manufacturing facilities that are environmentally responsible, worker-friendly, cost competitive, and architecturally significant. The project includes an 8,000 SF office space and 34,000 SF of “lean manufacturing,” shop, and storage areas.
Friends Center’s 1.26-acre campus includes the historic Race Street Meetinghouse, built in 1856, and a 56,000SF office building, constructed in 1972.
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's second green office building, Cambria, has more green features and a higher level of environmental awareness than PA DEP's first building—the South Central Regional Office Building. This 36,000 ft2 facility, designed for approximately 125 occupants, has collected data and documented many facets of its green design initiatives.
A renovation of two turn-of-the century buildings in the historic South Side neighborhood of Pittsburgh, the Conservation Consultants Inc. (CCI) Center serves as an education center and hub for environmental organizations. It houses Conservation Consultants, Inc., the Green Building Alliance, the Pennsylvania Resources Council, and Healthy Home Resources. The adaptive reuse of the building used exterior design consistent with the neighborhood. Rooftop gardens are maintained with water from rain cisterns.
