| Michael O’Brien, LEED AP, is theVice President of Business Development for W.S. Cumby, Inc, a regional construction management, design/build and general contracting firm, recognized for its leadership in sustainable construction. Mr. O’Brien’s career in the construction industry spans over 29 years, including experience in the construction of industrial facilities as well as owner and president of a local contracting company. Since joining W.S. Cumby in 1999 he has developed a unique insight into the construction management process, having served the company as a Field Superintendent and Project Manager before being named Vice President. His current responsibilities include oversight of the firm’s preconstruction services where he has directed the planning of numerous multi-million dollar LEED and green building projects for clients in the higher education, K-12, office, hospitality and affordable housing markets. Michael currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, a chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and is currently an active member of the Design Build Institute of America, the Society for College and University Planning and the Society for Marketing Professional Services | |

| Mary is a Principal, lighting designer, electrical engineer, and energy manager with EwingCole a national leader in architecture, engineering, interior design, planning and sustainable design. Mary is a Board Member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council and is active with planning sustainable education events in the Philadelphia area. Mary is also a Board Member of the Charter High School for Architecture and Design and a Board Member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Philadelphia Section, and is active in the Association of Energy Engineers. Mary’s presentations have included: “Intergrating Daylight Harvesting and Lighting Systems in New and Existing Buildings” at Lightfair International 2010; “Exceptional LEED Case Studies – Diverse Expertise inspires High-Performance Lighting” at Lightfair International 2009; ‘5 Steps to Daylighting Systems Integration’, Globalcon 2005. Mary has published several articles including: ”Six Strategies for Energy Savings in Community Cancer Centers”, Oncology Today June 2010 and “Daylight on Display”, Lighting Design + Application, February 2008 and has been awarded numerous IES lighting awards for her projects. | |

| Christa Duelberg-Kraftician AIA, LEED® AP is an Associate with Spillman Farmer Architects, a nationally recognized architectural firm based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She has designed a wide variety of architectural projects for universities, hospitals and healthcare providers, and corporations throughout the region, with a particular focus on technologically sophisticated laboratory and clean room environments. Helping to lead the firm’s growing green and sustainable design practice, Christa is a LEED® Accredited Professional, a designation awarded by the United States Green Building Council. She currently serves as the chair of the Lehigh Valley Branch of the DVGBC. She has direct experience in green and sustainable design, including the LEED® Gold certified Plaza at PPL Center, the LVIP Office Building, which recently achieved LEED® Gold certification, and Ben Franklin Technology Partners new TechVentures Building, on target to achieve LEED® certification.
Christa is a registered architect in Pennsylvania as well as her native Germany. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Drexel University and a Diplom Engineer in Architecture from the University of Paderborn, Germany. | |

| Linda has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than twenty years, specializing in office and corporate relocations as well as technology and life sciences consulting. Linda has also handled all aspects of Project and Construction Management for both Tenants and Landlords. Using sound value engineering and creative planning, significant economies have been achieved for the projects involved. Prior to entering the real estate field, Linda served as a senior manager at a local medical university and then went on to serve as Executive Director of a regional law firm. She has handled several million square feet of projects with an all-in, hands-on, client-focused methodology, providing clients with complete real estate service support. Projects Linda has worked on include handling leasing for the Delaware portfolio of Brandywine Realty Trust, Atapco, Inc. and Trefoil Properties. Relocation projects for clients have included law firms, technology groups, banks and professional firms/ For the past five years, she has also been activitely involved with the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, serving a Chair of the Metro Membership Committee and most recently in the development of a Branch of the DVGBC in Delaware, for which she now serves as Chair. Linda is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland and is involved with numerous organizations, committees, work groups and boards throughout the region including CIRC, DREW, IFMA, Tri-State Realtors Assn in addition to the DVGBC. | |
