Fun Fact: Vegetative roofs absorb stormwater, reduce summertime ambient air temperatures, clean the air, protect the roof membrane below so as to prolong its life, provide better comfort for those in the spaces below the roof, provide a new habitat for birds, insects and other wildlife, and (last-but-not-least!) greatly improve aesthetics.
